(to die for) Unicorn Bark

What's sweeter than chocolate that is as pretty on the eye as it is in the mouth! Here is a recipe for (to die for) unicorn bark. I found it quick and easy to buy most of my required ingredients from Bulk Barn. It was a one stop kind of deal. Below you will find all your baking needs and an easy to follow 8 step process.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb white chocolate molding wafers

  2. 3-4 molding wafers pieces, in a variety of colors. (I did pink, orange, red, and yellow and purple

  3. Assorted variety of sprinkles and candy pearls

Steps to follow

  1. Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper

  2. melt the white wafers in the microwave, stirring in 30 second increments to avoid burning

  3. Pour the white chocolate evenly over the waxed paper, smoothing it with a spatula

4. Melt your colored wafers, and do so in a timely fashion to avoid the white chocolate from hardening. This was a bit tricky, but you can do it! Remember to repeat cooking process every 30 seconds.

5. Drip the melted chocolate one a time over the white chocolate. Use a toothpick to give it the marble swirl look.

6. Garnish with sprinkles and pearls

7. Put into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, allowing the chocolate to harden completely.

8. Remove from fridge, and snap into pieces. (This was my favorite part) and enjoy!
