Luscious Unicorn Fudge

So, planning a unicorn party is proving itself to be super interesting, with many creative unicorn themed ideas. Therefore, I had to crack down and limit myself to just a few of my favs. Here is one that absolutely made the list, for its sweetness and simplicity; Unicorn Fudge. 

Here's what you will need: 

1. 1lb of white chocolate molding wafers 

2. 1 jar of strawberry icing (453g) 

3. Sprinkles, sprinkles (and more) sprinkles!

Here's what to do: 

1. Melt your wafers 

2. Mix the melted wafers and icing together in a bowl until fully combined 

3. Add sprinkles, they may need to be slightly packed down

4. Place in a 8"x 8" baking dish and allow to harden for a good 30 minutes . 

5. Cut into pieces and enjoy ( I know we will!)
